Digital Marketer

As a Digital Marketeer, you focus on the figures and conclusions and you make recommendations to your colleagues and the MT. As mentioned, you are responsible for technical marketing and you will be involved in the various programs. For example, you will analyze what can be improved with Google Analytics, analyze and improve the e-mail funnels and the complete customer journey.

In your role as a Digital Marketer you get a lot of freedom and you become the boss of your own job and development! You ensure that La Feemy is on the map and you become enthusiastic about the results you achieve.

Job requirements

  • You have HBO work and thinking level;
  • You have experience with technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.);
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus;
  • You are available 24 to 40 hours a week;
  • You are in possession of driving license B.

Customer Service Boss(ess)

You are responsible for maximum customer satisfaction of our customer network consisting of business and private customers.

  • Handling incoming telephone and mail traffic in Dutch and English
  • Coming up with appropriate solutions for complaints or issues regarding our record players
  • Organizing returns in collaboration with our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, PostNL, etc.)
  • Working in our Zendesk CRM system
  • Reporting & feedback of notable customer cases

Job requirements

  • Education level MBO, HBO
  • you are available 16 - 24 hours a week
  • Customer service experience is a plus, not a must
  • You speak and write very well in Dutch and English
