The discount code can be used on the payment page. Enter your code on the payment page and immediately receive the discount on your order amount. You can use one discount code per order.

Unfortunately, the shampoo may be sold out. To be notified when the shampoo is back in stock, you can register at the bottom of 'Join The Club''. When the shampoo is back in stock, you will be the first to receive a message. If you have any questions about whether and when the product will be back in stock, please contact our customer service.

Order & payment

This is only possible by sending an e-mail to info@lafeemy.com before 17.00 on the same day of ordering, stating your name, order number and order date. It is possible that your order has already been processed, in which case you can only cancel the order by returning the package.

Each completed order is confirmed by e-mail with an order confirmation.

If it is not possible to proceed to payment, while you have already placed the product in your shopping cart and have created an account, we recommend that you delete your browser history (see top right internet browser, history, delete history). After this you can place the product again in your shopping cart and proceed to payment.

La Feemy offers the possibility to pay with Klarna. Klarna carries out the full postpay process. This means that you will receive a digital giro collection form from Klarna by e-mail to pay for the purchased product.

At La Feemy you can pay via Klarna with a digital giro collection form up to an amount of €300. Klarna carries out a data check to approve your request to pay with giro collection form. Klarna applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment by giro is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with another payment method.

Note: you should also receive two emails from us with the Klarna payment method.

In the first email you will receive a confirmation of your order and in the second email a confirmation that your payment has been approved by Klarna. Did you not receive this second email? Then your order probably did not go through properly and it will therefore not be processed.
